When talking about Judo sports, there are basic Judo techniques that need to be considered and also trained if you want to become a Judo athlete.
Honor Techniques or also known as rei.
Techniques of Judo kickback or what is known as nage waza. This technique consists of the technique of falling or sutemi waza and also the standing or tachi waza technique. The standing technique consists of 3, namely the foot or ashi waza technique, the groin technique or koshi waza, and also the hand or te waza technique. While the technique of falling down is divided into 2, namely the technique of falling to the side or yoko sutemi waza and also the technique of falling backwards aka ma sutemi waza.
Judo Lock Technique or better known as katame waza. This technique is divided into 3, namely the pinch or shime waza technique, the restraining technique or the osae waza / osaekomi waza, and the connection or kansetsu waza technique.
Judo Attack technique or better known as atemi waza.
