It uses the Official Android Wear API and does not require a 3rd party app to function.
Just install and enjoy!!!! It will Automatically show up on your wear device!

You can choose from a dark or light version of the three watch faces
Tic or sweep of the second’s hand
Hide or show battery percentage and date
