In English the names of nations (countries) are proper nouns which start with a capital letter. An adjective is used to describe the people and things associated with nations. These adjectives are about nationalities and also use a capital letter. It is very easy to make mistakes and use the noun when the adjective is required; for example - ‘I like Thailand food’ and ‘I speak Japan language’.
