My PowerBar®

Live life to the full, by boosting your PowerBar® and getting the energy to make it happen. Discover the reasons behind your energy levels, and make smart, fast choices to raise your PowerBar® every day.

My PowerBar® app has been created to help you:

· Connect with your energy levels

· Recognise what impacts on your energy

· Use Energy Boosters to increase your energy

Quickly and easily review your 4 PowerBars®: Mental, Emotional, Spirit and Physical. Get simple, accessible energy booster advice that you can apply in the moment, to raise your PowerBar®. Review your energy over time and discover what and who is impacting on your PowerBar®.

· Tap the up and down arrows to pinpoint your PowerBar® levels for each of the 4 energies.

· My Summary screen shows 4 energy levels and average. Pick which energy you want to boost and hit the booster button.

· Each of the 4 PowerBar® Booster buttons offer ideas and choices to boost that energy.

· Make notes about what puts your PowerBar® up and down each day.

· Data will be saved and can be viewed on graphs.

· Reminders can be set for any time of day.
