The app works by communicating with a Bluetooth beacon device placed inside mima. When you’re in the exhibition space, mima beacon automatically activates, enabling you to engage with additional content directly on your phone.
Georgina Starr: I, Cave
A new solo exhibition at mima by British artist Georgina Starr.
Features include:
• Access video, audio and text content that complements the exhibition when near a beacon
device including:
- Mum Sings Hello (audio)
- Static Steps (video)
- Before Le Cerveau Affamé (video)
- MAP interview (PDF sent to your email address)
• Navigate between content types and control the information you access
• Turn interaction with beacon devices ‘on’ or ‘off’
