Falling in the State of Gujarat on the western most tip of India, Kutch District is the country’s largest district with more than 45500 square Kms area. From sea coast and beaches to deserts; from sanctuary of wild ass to the city of flamingos, from royal palaces to religious shrines, from oldest archeological remains on the earth to UNESCO world heritage site, and above all its exciting folk-lore and unbelievably cute handicrafts. Its saline wetlands create an unending area of the white (salty) deserts which are an out of the world experience in the moonlight, particularly during the full moon light.
