Yoga Workout Kit :

This includes essential daily yoga poses which had been explained in detail with how to perform a pose.

The workout kit walks you through all the poses with audible guidance which gives you singes to when to change a pose and when to rest. These pose time and rest time can be changed through settings.

Meditation Kit :

This kit let's you do a relaxing meditation that can be performed even in noisy distracting environments. Two main background music tracks include "Rain forest rain" and " Beach shore wave" sounds which are very relaxing even if you just listen to them. The total meditation time can be adjusted and we advice at first to set the time as maximum as you can. Because in the steps where you perform the meditation, different individuals may take different times on focusing. This is why we have not set a traditional "3 min" "4 min" meditation which is not practical. The way to perform the meditation is clearly explained step by step method.
