JKR-ku is designed by Jabatan Kerja Raya Brunei Darussalam, for receiving complaints made by the public in Brunei Darussalam. This application allows anyone to lodge a complaint, for example potholes on the road, water leaks and so on which will be linked directly to the Ministry of Development's Customer Care Hotline Centre.
JKR-ku allows you to:
* Register with the application and get responses from JKR on the complaints you've made
* Attach photos along with the complaints to show the problem
* Follow up with the Customer Care Hotline Centre (140) regarding your complaint
* You can lodge a complain even when you are on the move, as long as you have registered
JKR-ku is easy to use, you can get the complaint off your chest and move on with the rest of your day.
