At last year’s conference we launched the first stage of our new strategy through the Brilliant Basics. This approach has defined us since September 2014 and this year’s conference on the Gold Coast will see us build on the Brilliant Basics as we enter the next phase of our strategy. Having to date focused on detractors, we look forward to working with you to determine ways in which we can focus on moving our passives to promoters. Similarly, we will define how we can give our members more reason to use us, as members equate value with usage and engaged members represent our most valued members.
At conference we will also spend time understanding what distinguishes us in a competitive market place. You will be encouraged to be different and embrace the energy and unique aspects of our culture, which can’t be copied or matched by our competitors.
Once again our strategy post conference will have a dual focus on our people and our members.
Conference also provides the opportunity for us to develop and foster networks and friendships within the Jetts family. It is this unique combination of sharing strategy and strengthening the Jetts family that makes a Jetts conference something special.
