As a martial artist for 23 years with a black belt in judo and a purple belt in BJJ as well as 8 years in MMA and personal training.

I have made fitness training and martial arts my life. I enjoy helping others get to their goals and break through barriers once thought too hard or impossible to accomplish. My goal is to educate you on all aspects of fitness components from wellness, cardiorespiratory, flexibility, muscular stamina and endurance as well as balance and control.
