Procurement Eye is a developmental project monitoring tool that is used to monitor the various phases of the project from Planning,Tender,Award,Contract,Milestone and Transaction according to Open Contracting International Standards.This is a small initiation to make procurement data openly available for the public for response to their concern over the developmental project in their community,stake holders about the status of the project and research personals for evaluation and findings
