How MeraDoctor Pro Works:

Getting started with MeraDoctor Pro is easy. Just download the app, sign up. Then, add your profile information. Your patient will receive a text message from you urging them to download the patient app – once they are on and connected, you can start chatting with them.Additional features that our doctors love:

· Call feature lets you speak to patients without exposing your phone number. Just tap the call icon and we’ll call you with the patient already on the line!

· Intelligently designed patient timeline that provides context when you chat with them (No more wondering who is messaging you from random numbers)

· Do Not Disturb (DND) Mode lets you set a time during which your patients’ messages will not trigger a notification; such as in the OT or while you’re resting.

· Ability to charge patients directly from the app (patients can pay you via CC, Debit card, net-banking,e-wallets, etc)

· Add and chat with other doctors you know (We’ll soon be letting you refer cases to other doctors and track referrals as well!)
