As a leading hospitality company in the UAE, Fore Front is the umbrella company behind award winning F&B concepts including The Scene by Simon Rimmer and La Cala beach. The company is a creativity led group that provides award winning operational services and brands at the Fore Front of the social landscape. The Fore Front loyalty app was born out of need for a multi tier platform to promote the companies ever growing venue portfolio within both the company and with select groups of consumers.

The first of its kind in the UAE, the app is designed for both employees and consumers, with its multi level approach to functionality. It aims to engage staff, directors, investors, suppliers, media, brand ambassadors and key influencer groups, inviting them to experience and reap the rewards of the company’s diverse offerings and excellent rewards program. Benefits to members range from having instant access to outlet information and offers produced through push notifications, to a variety of discounts, promotions and savings that are controlled by the Fore Front group.

App signup is available on an invite only basis as determined by the group and invitations are sent to identified loyalty members via our CRM platform. Once the member completes a simple digital application form, he/she is then provided with a unique login and directed to then download the app.

Once logged in, each member is asked to provide all details including a ‘one-time-use’ Coupon Code, full name, email address, mobile, date of birth, gender and profile photo to ensure that their profile is personalized to them. Once completed, this profile is an active, digital loyalty card for all the app displays a members details, stored in our database, which is used as a digital ‘loyalty card’. Upon displaying the profile to F&B outlet staff, the group discount is provided to the customer to be enjoyed again and again and again.

Profiles may be de-activated by Fore Front at any time if any fraudulent use is detected.

No member data is collected via the application as all information is stored within secured databases.
