This app is exclusive to the IPS Leaders Team - NOBODY else in IPS has this! The goal of the app (and the site) is to provide those getting involved with IPS a "tool" to use in order to help them get signups and to help them learn what to do once they've joined. Two of the most important things that need to take place in this industry are training and duplication - this site provides both.

If you’re just beginning with an opportunity you don’t have experience yet to explain the opportunity to those you bring in. That stifles one of the most important factor in this industry: duplication. Without it, the process basically stops before it even starts. With this app and website, it's all taken care of.

Share your referral link for the Team site, and those who are interested will have a destination that contains all the

information they need in order to make an educated decision and join you in the opportunity. Duplication kicks in when the people you bring in do exactly the same thing!

The main site helps you build your business in several distinct ways:

1. When you join, you get a unique referral URL containing your ID. Share that with others, and when they join through your link, they're added to your downline.

2. The site also features a free rotator. Each member's ID is added to the rotator, and when the site receives generic traffic from search engines, YouTube, and even the IPS LT app, those hits are assigned to the next person in the rotator.

3. The Team also has its own Facebook group, designed for prospects to come in and learn about the Team and IPS. Team members can use a second referral link to drive traffic to the group, and as with #1, you'll get credit when they join.
