The app “Interval timers for workouts” will allow you to begin your workout by pressing just a few buttons, selecting the appropriate type of timer, each of which is good for different kind of workouts, and has its own characteristics.

The app “Interval timer for workout” offers you: ✩ Nice interface, with a graphical representation of the different timers. ✩ Top panel contains 4 types of timers: Simple, Full, Long, Second hand. ✩ Color-coded different intervals, which gives the opportunity to see the screen from afar and not to be confused intervals. ✩ The ability to customize the preparation time, work, rest, number of sets, number of circuit and rest between circuits. ✩ Opportunity to save up to 12 timers. ✩ Can write the names of their timers. ✩ Able to use second hand (with soundtrack 3 types) for training on bodybuilding. ✩ Each timer for any interval there are switches that have 2 States: • On. At the end of the interval that automatically starts the next one. • Off. The interval is switched by the user tapping on the screen. ✩ In simple and full timer you can choose to display time in seconds or minutes. ✩ In simple, full, and long timer can be choose the direction of the countdown. From 0 and increase, or from the time interval and reduce. ✩ The ability to customize the sound notification of the beginning of the interval and separately the start of the rest interval.
