In2IT Recruit is designed to allow a Requester to send a request for Recruitment which will be approved by his/her Supervisor. Once a Recruitment Request is approved, it will then be forwarded to Recruitment Manager who in-turn will assign it to a Recruiter for adding candidates, and scheduling interviews. Interviewers will receive schedules for taking interviews. At last Recruitment Manager and a Negotiator will send the offer letter to the candidate. The software will facilitate communication between Requester, Recruitment Manager, Interviewer and the Candidate. Preformatted reply forms are used in every stage of the progress through the system to provide a uniform recruitment process; the location of these forms is configurable via the application’s maintenance options. The system also contains a relational database containing a list of Requesters, Recruitment Managers, Interviewers and the Candidates.
