You can use IMX Messages to:
• Compose a message and send it via email, fax, pager, text message, and/or phone, provided these options are enabled in your website.
• Compose and send a message based on an existing template.
• View responses from and send follow-up messages to groups of recipients.
• Respond immediately to alerts and notifications that you receive.
IMX Messages enables you to be notified of and address any emergency when it arises. You can quickly create a custom message, or you can use a template from your CORES website messaging module. In addition, you can view and manage attachments associated with a template and send the attachments with your notification. Also, if an available template does not fully address the immediate situation, you can change some template details to meet your current needs such as modifying the delivery methods.
Adding message recipients is easier than ever. You can select from your organizations or conduct a search to locate users in your system. You can also deselect users from organizations or groups, if necessary. For alerts requiring immediate action, you can define response options and manage your sent messages to view the responses as soon as they are available. The Reply All option allows you to send additional details about the situation to users who responded positively to your notification.

This app requires access to a CORES supported website. Your CORES System Administrator must have the app enabled for the website before you can use IMX Messages.
