Story Spheres

Narrative, documentary and story-telling platform.

Story Spheres is a new platform which takes an interactive, photosphere (a 360 degree image as captured on a Google Nexus or using DSLR) and adds audio which pans as you navigate around a scene. It showcases the power, benefits and magic of a feature that is in every camera on every Android phone.

We imagine this could have narrative, documentary, utility and purely artistic/experiential applications. For example: You could explore a museum or gallery with audio commentary about specific artworks or exhibitions as you navigate the scene; you could be on stage at the theatre with an audience in front of you and multiple characters around you; you could be standing in the middle of a war zone hearing stories from civilians; you could be deep in a forest with Jane Goodall, listening to the language of the chimpanzees.
