Do you Juander ?

An android mobile educational game that focuses in Philippine literature, culture, geography and history. "Do you Juander?" is as the same as "Do you wonder?" the title itself questions you if you wonder about the things in the Philippines.

Story mode:

The story mode has three levels: Easy, Normal, and Hard. Each level has five rounds. The first round in each level is open while the other four are locked until the user is finished answering all the eight questions in the previous round correctly.

Every round has eight questions, each question will reward the user 1 ray of sun; when the user completed all the eight rays of the sun; that means he/she completed the first round, will receive a reward specifically a part of the medal and may proceed to next round of the level by tapping the ‘next’ button.

For every question answered correctly, a pop-up trivia about the answer will appear with a “see more” button. Tapping on the ‘see more’ button will redirect the user to a link of information about that particular item. It is only available when the user is connected to the internet.

After completing all the 5 rounds, the user will also complete all the 5 parts and will be able to form the medal.

Arcade mode:

The series of questions is continuous, the user is given three stars as default help; Tapping on the stars will reveal one letter on the puzzle. Each question has a time limit of 60 seconds; failure to solve the puzzle correctly will result to game over. Every puzzle solved correctly will give the user additional star that he can use all throughout the game.

The player will have to choose from the limited jumbled letters provided to complete the puzzle. Key-in designated letters. Letter hints for the correct answer will be provided only upon user’s request (stars).

Achievements:

On arcade mode the scoring will be based on how fast the user solved the puzzle.

Range Score

1 - 15 secs. 100 points

16 - 30 secs. 75 points

31 - 45 secs. 50 points

46 - 59 secs. 40 points

(reaching 60 second mark is game over)

Mission:

When the user solved the puzzle correctly within:

< or = 15 secs = 30 stars

< or = 30 secs = 20 stars

< or = 45 secs = 10 stars

In every range, the user can only get the reward if he reaches 100/100 number of times in answering the puzzle correctly (considering the respective range).

After reaching 100/10 status, the user can get his Star Rewards by tapping on the “REDEEM” button.

On Story mode the user can view his/her earned medals by taping on the trophy icon.
