Open the application on your handset or tablet and use it as your digital clock. The affirmations are very short and you can read them in a second when you watch the time. Take a few seconds to think about what you read. You will be surprised how soon your life can change to better.

The affirmations on the screen change at a default interval of 5 minutes but you can set this interval from 15 sec to 24 hours using the Settings option. You can also go to the next or previous affirmation by swiping right or left. By opening the List of Affirmations you can see the affirmations in the list, choose the required affirmation and go right to it.
