The Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission (HPSSC) conducts examinations and personal interviews for recruitment of employees in Class –III posts in various State Government departments such as Education, Health , Police, PWD, IPH, Agriculture, Horticulture, Social Justice & Empowerment, Printing & Stationary, Town & Country Planning, Industries department etc. The Commission has got developed a System for online submission of Application Forms with the help of Department of Information Technology. The Application has been integrated with the Payment Gateway through which the applicants can deposit the fee using credit card/ debit card/ net banking etc. In case, applicants who are not having any of these facilities for online payment, they have an option of downloading a preprinted challan for offline payment, which can be produced at the bank branches and the payment can be transferred through NEFT/RTGS to the bank accounts of the Commission. There is a auto-reconciliation process which confirms the receipt of payment against the Application Number. The Mobile
Application has been designed keeping in view the aim to provide Handy and Quick information to the prospective candidates desiring to apply for various posts being notified by the Commission from time to time. The HPSSC Android Application enables the candidates and the Commission to access the required information relating to different posts advertised, using their Mobile Phones. This App has following features:

Candidates can access all the information relating to different posts like, eligibility criteria, number of vacancies, fee, etc. and further apply for the posts through this App. The candidates can download the Admit Cards and Roll Numbers using this App and further show the Admit Card to the examiner using this App only.
