Learn tips and strategies for defending Barn House in PUBG MOBILE.
There are many two-story barn buildings in PUBG MOBILE. This type of building gives defenders a great advantage, and we'll be going over some tips on making the most of this common building of the game.
Barns are rectangular-shaped buildings that are rather common. They don't offer much in terms of resources, but that's not what they're good for. The greatest characteristic of this building is that it is easy to defend and difficult to take. Due to the number of entrances, it's not out of the realm of possibility to stop many players here as long as you effectively use cover and are skilled at blocking players.
The first floor of a barn building has three small compartments and one main room. The main room is quite large, and the compartments are to the left and right of the building. There are many entrances as the windows are quite large and there are a front and a back door. That's why the first floor is generally not defended.
There are no compartments on the second floor as it is just one integrated space. However, there are many wooden crates that serve as bunkers here.
Defense on the First Floor
The first floor of the barn building has a large space and is open on all sides, So it is typically not recommended to guard this area because it is too difficult to determine where the enemy will enter from. However, in special circumstances, it is still possible to find a few good spots to eliminate threats as follows:
After enemies enter, they will usually focus on the stairs. lt isn't likely that you'll be noticed if you hide in the two spots in the image, which makes them good defensive positions.
Defense on the Second Floor
The only way to reach the second floor is the stairs, which means that you can stop most of your enemies if you control this key area. The best place to do this is as follows:
This spot is opposite the stairs, and enemies coming up the stairs cannot see you. However, experienced veterans who know how to take buildings will usually pay special attention to this spot, so be ready to adapt to the situation.
In most cases, enemies moving up the stairs will try to take the second floor at the corner of the stairs. The spot shown in the image below is a blindspot for players using TPP.
As these two spots are closer to the windowsill, it is easier for you to observe the enemies outside the building. Also, Grenades that are thrown inside windows usually land in the middle of the room, so occupying a spot close to the window makes it better for you to change your location based on where the Grenade lands to avoid taking damage.
Summary
This building is easy to defend and diffiult to take. When you're guarding this area, you should avoid encountering enemies on the first floor. Your first choice should be to camp on the second floor and adjust your defensive position based on the footsteps of nearby enemies and avoid taking damage from your enemies' throwables. Unless your opponent storms you with four players at once, you should essentially be able to ensure that your enemies don't make it out alive.
