In our effort to better improve our service to the families in need of housing placement we have created this mobile app for both our customers and insurance adjusters so that they can easily submit a loss to our staff and get called back within 15 minutes. The app also has a picture feature function that allows the homeowner or adjuster to take a picture with their phone of the damage to the property or the nearby housing they would like to be placed in. This will allow us to better cater to your needs with one simple to use submittal form. The app also provides another area for general questions that get sent and texted to our staff by homeowners and adjusters which will help aid in the placement of a family or help answer any other questions related to the housing placement process or billing information.
Now placing and securing shelter for families in need after a crisis has become more streamline and effective with our new mobile app.
