What is High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT? High Intensity Interval Training is a superior form of interval training, a strategy alternating periods of short, very intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT workouts are short, but they will get you exhausted and push you to the max!
Each workout is between 5 - 25 minutes.
