We are participating in the CanSat challenge to design a mini satellite the size of an aluminium drinks can.
The satellite must be capable of launching into the air, collect data from the atmosphere and then land safely on the ground with the aid of a parachute and air bag.
Then the data collected must be able to be retrieved either directly from the satellite or remotely via radio transmission.
