• No more busy lines! If your fixed line is busy you can use Hatifee application to make or receive calls at the same time.
• Hatifee allows you to have all offers and campaigns of your fixed line at your fingertips.
• All calls made through Hatifee application are charged with the same tariff of your fixed line.
• All calls you’ve made through Hatifee application will appear on your PALTEL fixed line bill in a special column.
• You need to have an active PALTEL fixed line subscription to be able to use Hatifee application.
How to use the Application:
1. Download the application and complete the registration process; you’ll need to have your fixed line Passkey to link the application with your phone and complete your registration.
2. This application has been designed and optimized to function over Android devices version 2.3 and up. It should still work on earlier versions, but we recommend customers upgrade to the latest version of Android for the best customer experience.
3. You’ll need an internet connection! You can make calls over Wi-Fi, whether at home or out-and-about, or using a mobile data connection – Wi-Fi is the preferred option as your mobile service provider may charge you for data usage.
4. Please note that call quality is dependent on the quality of your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
5. People will see your fixed line number as caller ID when you call them from Hatifee application and not your mobile phone number.
