Handy Vets Mobile App for Administrators allows access to the Handy Vets Helpdesk software while on the go from your mobile device. Access your time clock, update, create, and track tickets, all in the palm of your hand.

Features:

Dashboard – Access tickets you have entered

Tickets – Access all tickets assigned to you or any Project Tickets

Create Ticket – Create new tickets for clients

Search Tickets – Search through all client tickets by Customer Name, Ticket Number, or Ticket Subject criteria.

Clock In/Out – Access your time clock

Request Time Off/Request Overtime – An inquiry for overtime or time off will be sent over to HR for approval.
