Govern-it has been created by 2 primary school governors in Sheffield. It arose out of the frustration of not having dedicated tools to help us with the more mundane tasks that school governors have to undertake, such as organising meetings, keeping on top of documentation, keeping up to date with statutory requirements and the like. We'd tried various other systems but none did the job we wanted done, and none was designed exclusively for primary school governors.
