Our Service Agreement is preventative maintenance - no contracts. We'll set up a time to come out and perform a thorough cleaning and checkup of your system(s).
All you do is request preventative maintenance on your system(s) during the spring and fall season.
This should be a mandatory policy for every homeowner for these reasons:
All mechanical equipment will eventually break down.
However, if you do your part and have that equipment cleaned and maintained, then you'll get much longer use than those that let it collect dirt and corrosion – the major causes of breakdowns.
The better your equipment operates, the more efficient it becomes. Efficiency is synonymous with saving energy. The more efficient your system operates, the more energy it will save over it's lifetime – which brings us to our third and final reason to maintain your system.

Materials and labor not covered by warranty will be charged at regular rates less 15% customer discount Repair Services request by the customer will be provided 8:00am – 5:00 pm , Mon – Sat.
No trip charge for service calls.
Purchase of all new air conditioning and heating equipment will include a 10% discount
This contract is transferable
This contract includes a 15% processing fee.
Suggestion: It is imperative to maintain and tune up air conditioning equipment. A new unit after one year needs maintenance to bring unit up to standard efficiency and maintained thereafter to keep efficiency high as original manufactured design.
AIR CONDITION CHECK
Clean condenser coil
Check and adjust blower components.
Check operating pressures for proper refrigerant
Check thermostat level
Check safety controls
Check all electrical connections
Check voltage and amperage on motors
Check condensate drain
Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
Check air flow
Check starting capability of compressor
Clean thermostat heating anticipators
Inspect automatic blower control
Oil and check the fan motor bearings
Clean pilot light tubing & pilot (if possible
Safety and efficiency check of low voltage wiring
Check fan limit control switch
Inspect electric shut – off valve
Oil and check blower bearings
Check fan on – off control and set differential
Check transformer’s output
Check thermostat contacts
Check temp rise and do a carbon monoxide test on the heater/furnace to make sur its not leaking lethal carbon monoxide levels into living area
