Customers (Senders) book their deliveries and pay via the Web based or smartphone app. A Runner bids for a job via the smartphone app and the Go People system selects the most suitable Runner. The selected Runner then collects the consignment from the pick-up location and delivers it to the recipient.
Go People, its Senders, Runners and the Senders’ customer (the recipient) benefit from GPS tracking and instant communication from pick up to receipt. Delivery verification and signed confirmation is assured. The Runner then receives 85% of the winning bid price.
