Key Features for Gera Customers:
a. Document Requests: Customer can place a request for issue of documents such as Sanctioned plans, loan related documents, receipts etc. The entire list of documents is available in the Gera World Application.
b. Common Area Requests : Customers can create or track requests pertaining to issues related to common areas of the building.
c. Warranty Requests: Customers can create or track requests with respect to issues related to Warranty.
d. View Events : This module tracks all event invitations sent by the Gera World team to the customers. Customers can view the event details and RSVP through this module.
e. View Meetings: This module creates and tracks all meeting requests placed by the Gera World team for the customers. These meeting requests can be for Agreement signing, Registration customer appointment etc.
f. Project Progress: Project Progress pictures will be uploaded on to the application at regular intervals. Customers can track the progress of their project through this section at their leisure.
