GEMS ECU Utility for Land Rove

Land Rover adaptive reset and immobilizer utility for GEMS based vehicles

This program is used to read the dealer level settings stored on the ECU of a GEMS equipped Land Rover vehicle using an ELM327 compatible Bluetooth scan tool such as this one http://www.scantool.net/obdlink-lxbt/

It is capable of resetting adaptive values and paring immobilizer and BCU to the ECU.

It is designed to work with the following vehicles

95-99 US spec Land Rover Range Rover with 4.0 or 4.6 V8

96-99 US spec Land Rover Discovery 4.0 V8

97 US spec Land Rover Defender 90 V8

Morgan and TVR vehicles with the GEMS based 4.0 V8

There are many Bluetooth based ELM327 compatible devices available. This program will work with any 1.3 or higher compatible devices, though it has been optimized for the Scantool.net command set allowing faster communication than the generic ELM327 devices offer.
