Fuselage connects passengers on the same flight through a chat app. Travelers are able to access chat rooms only by verifying their bookings, through their booking reference number, and the app automatically takes them to the related chat room(s). It allows travelers to connect and communicate with their co-passengers weeks before the departure (to share transfers to/from the airport, to meet people flying to attend the same event, etc.). In supports also direct (private) chats between the passengers. It is designed to improve travel experience for everyone.
A booking reference number (also referred to as a "PNR" or "Record locator") is a six-digit code containing letters and/or numbers. You will find your booking reference number on your ticket or in the confirmation email provided by your travel provider. If you are the first person to join a chat room, you will be notified when someone else joins.
Fuselage currently covers more than 400 airlines worldwide, including the major Low Cost Carriers. The error response suggests that either you entered a wrong name or booking code, or that your booking provider is not yet supported.
Users are able to: • Set and edit their profile • Add bookings • See list of chat rooms they have joined ('your flights') – enter and chat • See list of people in each chat room. • Leave chat rooms • Invite individuals from the chat rooms to a private chat • Receive invites for private chats – accept or decline. If accepted the users can chat privately
The first release might have some minor issues and we are working hard to improve the app. We are looking forward to your feedback and suggestions.
