To use the app follow the listed step
1) Download the App
2) Choose Configuration and set the username = [email protected] and password = test3- Do not change the IP address and save
3) Login - username and password are transferred from 2
4) on successful login you will get the same screen but now you can slide the screen for menu options
( Slide from Left to right ager login)
5) you can see the list of Members by choosing by Choosing My Member ( as the members login to Login Staff Member). Here you can choose Add Member button to add one record at a time. You can't choose Load Data. When you add Members you have to add cell number and Carrier Information. This has to be correct otherwise Text Message will fail. If a particular Carrier is not listed
you have to send email so that this can be added.
7) After you have added the contacts and allocated them to a category/branch you can choose to send Text messages by using Send SMS button . In this Screen the First two Pickers are to see what categories and branches are there - you can add them to respective fields below by Separating with comma. For Examples for Categories you choose 1,2,3 and Branches 11,12,13
Type your Message and then choose Send SMS button - A Text message will be sent to all members belonging to the selected Category/Branch
To get the most you need to have your private database server instance - which will allow you to set up your own Category, branch staff - A branch Staff can send SMS to different branches and category while admin of the server can create Branches, category, Staff and sent SMS to Staff so hierarchy if established for sending Text Messages. Admin can inform staff and staff can inform members to achieve you goal
With the custom database set up you can set up your Hierarchy for Marketing or Elections - Appoint Staff to different regions - who will gather Contact information - Classify them and target for marketing and will secured for your organization.
