Voice of Customer is a business app designed for Royal Commission of Yanbu (Properties Department) by Vexellum Limited, UK to collect customer suggestions and / or complaints about a specific business activity inside Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This app allows customers to directly communicate their concerns to the Royal Commission.

The app was developed as part of a project to automate Environment & Health, Housing & Market Control Inspections awarded to Modern Consulting Services, a company registered in Saudi Arabia.
