One way to describe Hot or Not would be to say that this is the place to meet new people in your area and around the world. There you will find nice people who want to meet, share their experiences, interests and expand their circle of friends. This is the social network where you have to be present if you want to chat with new people, make new acquaintances, share your photos, and why not meet the person made for you. How it works ?
