Krav Maga Self-Defense

The first steps students take in how to learn Krav Maga self-defense include a mixture of blocks and attacks. Students will be able to defend against strikes, punches, chokes, grabs, and headlocks. When it comes to fighting, we teach students the Krav Maga fighting stance, movement skills, and how to efficiently punch and kick from both standing and ground positions. As students excel in training and move on to further levels, they will learn harder techniques, as well as how to defend themselves against weapons, and protect a third-party individual.
