A: Both audio and video clips can be up to 40 seconds in duration.

Q: I want to share my clip with everyone using the app. What should I do?

A: Just select the ‘Public’ option before recording in the privacy options.

Q: I want to share my clip with just my friend. What should I do?

A: Select the ‘Private’ option before recording in the privacy options. Selecting the ‘Both’ option makes the clip available to public after the receiver has viewed and accepted it.

Q: What are Featured Videos and Trending Videos?

A: Featured Videos are those handpicked by the iXprez staff to be promoted on the dashboard of the app. Trending Videos are those that have been viewed the most in the recent times.

Q: How will I know if someone has sent a clip to me?

A: You will receive an in-app notification whenever you receive a clip.

Q: I sent a clip to a friend who is a non-iXprez user, but they haven’t responded for a long time. What happens now?

A: It depends on what ‘a long time’ means. If the receiver has not responded to the invite and installed the app, the invite becomes invalid after 7 days.

Q: How do I block an iXprez user from sending me clips?

A: You can select the user you no longer wish to receive clips from and block them by selecting the option ‘Block’ when they send you a clip.

Q: How do I report any inappropriate audio or video?

A: If a clip is deemed inappropriate by you, you can select ‘Report Abuse’ after clicking the Reactions icon.

Q: How do I add a profile photo?

A: You can add a profile photo by clicking on the Settings icon and clicking the pencil-shaped icon to select a photo from your phone or click a new one.

Q: What is the use of the language selection?

A: Language selection is used to know your language preference. iXprez currently does not support any other language than English.

A: This icon is the ‘Expressions Shared’ icon and it shows the total number of Expressions shared on iXprez.

Q: Do I need an Internet to record the video or audio?

A: Yes. You need a Wi-Fi or data connection to record and send the clips through iXprez.

Q: How do I know if my video or audio has been viewed?

A: You will receive a notification once your clip has been viewed by the receiver.

A: ‘Following’ refers to subscribing to an iXprez users clips, so that you can receive a notification whenever they upload new clips.
