Halcyon, the annual summer fest of

Siddaganga Institute of Technology,Tumakuru is the largest event that S.I.T. hosts, held for a span of 3 days.

This cultural extravaganza was started way back in the 90’s at a time when the culture of fests was far flung. The charm of this annual festival has anything but not diminished with the spirits of the participants, organizers and the audience growing stronger and bigger every year.

With a footfall of 5000 participants in and around the state participating in the events of the fest. In this installment of 2018, we have 38+ events in 6 genres and some informal events. This Halcyon is bigger than ever before, celebating it’s 26th year with a prize money of more than 2.5 lakhs. There will an electrifying band performance making the final day a head banging musical ride.
