Citrus Talent is Pakistan's top modelling & talent management agency.

Citrus Talent started off as a one man show by its CEO Fahad Hussain who wanted to pursue his passion for talent management and hence decided to launch his own company. The agency launched with a bang as the first ever face of Citrus Talent, Syra Yousuf (now married to actor Shahroz Subzwari and known as Syra Shahroz) catapulted to fame by being the face of Walls Cornetto in her very first ad followed by endorsements for Telenor and Nirala Milk, all in the first month of her own and the company's launch. Hence, Citrus Talent became the game changer in the talent management business and garnered a lot of attention. The company's strategy was to launch fresh faces in the industry that came from humble and educated backgrounds so that it could change the mindset of people towards the media industry as there was and to a certain extent is a negative connotation attached to the industry. But as Fahad was a young and energetic talent agent who was also educated and experienced, he was able to convince like minded people to enter the industry.

Citrus Talent has been instrumental in starting the media journey of a lot of Pakistani celebrities who started their journey in media by doing ads through Citrus Talent. Celebrities like Aiza Khan, Sonia Hussain, Sana Jawed, Sohai Ali Abro, Sara Khan, Urwa

Hussain, Feroz Khan, Noor Hassan, Sheheryar Munawwar to name a few started their careers as models through Citrus Talent.

Citrus Talent believes in encouraging talent from all over Pakistan and during its growth as an organisation, The agency also organised a casting session in Islamabad where it recorded auditions for the likes of Aisha Linnea, Uzair Jaswal, Ali Rehman,

Hamza Ali Abbasi etc and in Lahore it auditioned models like Alyzeh Gabol, Amna Babar, Ammar Khan, Arslan Arsi etc in its first ever round of auditions in other cities.

The agency believes that its not just about auditioning random people but actually having an eye for talent. In a country where everyone wants to be an actor or a model, there are very few people who have a natural flair for acting. Citrus Talent has developed strong screening process to filter out the people who approach the agency and choose the people who it thinks it best suitable for the job. The process is completely non biased and is totally dependent on the CEO's choice of selecting the talent that should be given the opportunity to audition for the agency. This is the reason why Citrus Talent is considered to be the most important resource in the industry to provide the next best things. This has been proved time and again by the agency by introducing faces in the recent past that catapulted to commercial success such as Iqra Aziz, Muneeb Butt etc.

The main aim of the agency is to provide opportunity to talent from different areas of Pakistan and hence Citrus Talent recently opened its doors to the population of Punjab by setting up its second branch in Lahore. The main reason for opening a branch in Lahore is to provide opportunity to people from Punjab to record their auditions at the agency and trying their luck in the media industry.

Citrus Talent is now a full fledged talent agency with 2 branches (Karachi and Lahore) and about 35+ employees on its payroll.
