We are an App to order products and services that are brought to the door or wherever you tell us. Fly grows rapidly from Ecuador throughout the country. In times of confinement and social distancing, it is a viable and safe solution to acquire products and services comfortably, preserving life. Its download and use is totally free. It does not require registration by buyer users.

ABOUT ACCESS TO THE LOCATION

At Fly, we value the privacy of our users and only request location access when necessary to provide a better service.

This application collects location data to allow calculating the distance to an establishment and tracking a parcel on the way.

Motorized users have the option to activate or deactivate their availability in the application to receive races whenever they want.

The location of motorized users is only collected when they are active in the application for delivery purposes. If a motorized user chooses to turn off their availability, the app does not have access to their location.

For motorized users, we need access to their location only when they are active in the app so we can assign them rides that are not far away and track delivery.

For customer users, we need access to your location to calculate the distance to the restaurant and calculate the value of the trip. Please be assured that access to the location will only be requested when necessary and will never be used for purposes unrelated to the delivery service.
