FitTime automatically alerts you to do a brief activity throughout the day. Set alerts for every half hour, every hour, or every 2 hours. Set length of activity from 15 seconds to two minutes. Set difficulty to any of 3 levels. Choose what time of day to start alerts and when to stop alerts. Get your 20 minutes a day done in one minute bursts. Exercises are simple, don't require equipment, will not make you sweat, can be done virtually anywhere.

FitTime uses the minimum app permissions to run ad-suppoerted. We do not collect or save any information from your phone. The app needs to know your phone state(call in progress), whether it is in process of starting(boot status), and the ad provider wants to know your general location to provide relevant advertising. You may have noticed we do not make you register. Just load the app and use it for a gradual improvement in your health.
