You will need ROOT for this application.
Change the mapping of your QWERTY Android Device.
Update your T699 sec_keypad.kl easy with this application.
Just click on the entry to change and select the new keycode.
Probably also compatible with other devices besides the Samsung Relay 4G
The '.kl' file can be changed in the settings of this application
