Time 2 Focus is a guided system designed to help you learn the skills you need to better manage your type 2 diabetes. The app focuses on 3 key areas of diabetes management: healthy eating, physical activity, and blood glucose monitoring.

Time 2 Focus is filled with fun games and challenges to help you build the skills you need to manage diabetes day to day. We know that making changes can be hard. Our program focuses on small steps each week to help you achieve your goal of better control of your type 2 diabetes. The curriculum and content was developed in partnership with a Certified Diabetes Educator.
