The Cool Spot Cryotherapy, an active recovery center, features the world’s most advanced cryotherapy chamber. Cryosense is a next-generation cryosauna, and the first unit to deliver both cryotherapy and heat in a single unit for contrasting effect. Additionally, The Cool Spot Cryotherapy offers NormaTec, which includes three distinct massage techniques – pulsing, gradient hold, and distal release, all of which increase the body’s recovery process.

Whole Body Cryotherapy (WBC) has been utilized worldwide since the 1970s to enhance recovery from both joint and muscle pain, and to increase health and wellness in both athletes and the general health population. All have been avid users and proponents of Whole Body Cryotherapy since 2012. The partners decided to launch their own active recovery center after using the innovative Cryosense cryochamber & NormaTec compression therapy in Dallas, Texas last year.
