The broadcasting station is established at Itahari Municipality that covers the major cities of eastern Nepal like Itahari, Dharan, Biratnagar, Inaruwa, almost all VDCs of Sunsari and Morang districts. Itahari FM covers the villages of like Okhaldhunga, Khotang, Bhojpur, Dhankuta, Shankhuwasabha, Terhathum, Taplejung, Ilam districts of hill area and Jhapa and Udayapur districts of terai in the Eastern Region.
