Let me explain that:

Get the egg to hit the ground as far from the startpoint as possible. (The shot put part.)

Do this by chasing the egg with the in-game athlete. (The sprinting part.)

And by (re)bouncing the egg with a giant ball to keep it away from the ground. (The keepie uppie part.)

It is not as easy as you think it is.
