It is a great solution for smaller companies that want to manage their suppliers, customers, products (categorized), save orders and send confirmations and take out reports from the stock. All orders are searchable. We dont use currency at all on Stock product prices, (only value) so its an app for all countries to use.
We made the app for our own use but thought it could help other companies too.
Functions in general:
Add product categories, products with all useful information, suppliers, customers.
You can also give discount% for products you have in stock(in stock). When saving to order, the amount is removed from stock. To add to stock, you simply search product, type amount and press (plus)+. You can also remove by pressing minus (-) when counting inventory if you dont use orders, or want to use both ways.
All reports are saved to device, so you can after save easily share them with email etc. Note: No report view in app, reports can be checked with file manager (named with date to folder) and devices reader. Solution does not provide tax calculation, it uses simply number value without currency as buy/sell price.
You can search, modify products, categories, suppliers and customers. You can also search order rows. Note: Only 1 warehouse place is used.
Solution also includes backup and restore option for database. All reports are saved to device in it own folder under root. Backup is saved and restored from device root.
Product details, stock value, order, categories, suppliers. Also order reports from date - date is provided.
Our solution has no adds and its made to be as simple as it gets.
Just use a simple android device that you have always in your warehouse or in your pocket and keep in track of your stock capacity and worth! Note: Our Easy Stock App is a 1 device version with own sql-database.
To take the application to use, use these simple steps:
1.Insert your company information
4.insert products (insert per product at least: category, buy price to see stock worth per product, supplier, sell price)
5.If you want to use orders rows function, you simply select orders, press add, select customer, select product or producst, give amounts and save. Its taken from stock value directly and order transaction is saved as a report too with date and customer name.
