The app prompts the participants with a particular question or challenge provided by educators or other experts, such as:
- What is a local example of great customer service?
- What can we learn from that?
Participants then seek out a local example, take a photo with their smart phone, add comments on their insights related to what they have captured, and share within the app. Others in the group can see all contributions, and comment on them as well. New questions / challenges can be added at any point.
Insight Tracker can also be used after a program completes. Participants can share insights about how they are using what they learned, challenges they are facing, and results they are seeing.
Note: This app requires a user id and password that is issued to you when you attend a Duke CE program.
