After installing the App, when used first time, it will automatically fetch the subscriber mobile number (depending upon the carrier network, if not user have to enter mobile number) which will henceforth be used by App for performing key functions, using internet connectivity, like:
a. Registration Status, whether mobile number registered for DND or not.
b. UCC Complaint Status, as what action has been taken by Telecom Service Provider (TSP) upon the complaint.
App will facilitate users to Register/Deregister for DND and change their preference for receiving UCC.
